Effective 2026-05-11. asn.zone is operated by IPXO and surfaces public RIR data via this site and the JSON API.
Data scope
All data is sourced from the regional internet registries (ARIN, RIPE NCC, APNIC, AFRINIC, LACNIC) and other public datasets listed on the about page. asn.zone aggregates, normalises, and re-publishes this information without warranty of accuracy or completeness.
Free tier
The web interface is free for individuals and machines. The JSON API has a free tier subject to rate limits documented at /api and /pricing. Abuse - sustained traffic above the published limits, scraping designed to evade rate limits, attempts to exhaust storage or compute - may result in throttling, key revocation, or IP-level blocks.
Acceptable use
You may use the data and API to research, monitor, analyse, and build derivative products around the public RIR record. You may not use it to harass operators, generate fraudulent abuse reports, evade lawful sanctions, or facilitate attacks against network infrastructure.
Liability
asn.zone is provided as-is. Operating decisions based on the data are your responsibility. IPXO and the asn.zone maintainers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
